nowadays, it isn't uncommon for children to move to a new country. In my opinion, a child moves to a new country should learn both native and mother language. why? because he has to communicate with people from both countries. In order to study, to work or to live in the new country, native language is necessary. However, it is important to be able to speak mother tongue when he turn back the mother country. For those reasons, he should learn these two languages.
